We have completed nearly 750 properties ranging from apartments to villas in different cities of the Kingdom.

AMAAS Real Estate currently manages a range of commercial and residential properties, however, it is now focusing on real estate development due to the high expertise and deep specialization in this field.
The development journey in AMAAS begins from the acquisition phase of the land and ends when the sold property is fully managed. We have achieved great successes and honorable reactions in satisfying customers by knowing the customer’s exact needs. The nature of our work requires the ability to adapt and think proactively with intelligence in capturing opportunities and identifying business success factors, and these points represent our values that have led us to expand our business and open up new horizons to serve the community and the real estate sector.
